i lost another 2bls today so that is 5.5bls so far and i am now on 26 points
so OK i am not losing massive amounts at a time but it is coming off and i am sticking to it and enjoying it which is a first i am enjoying everything i eat and i cant remember when i could last say that i am feeling better in myself now too
i have got myself a really nice buddy from the ww broads who i chat to and i think is she really helpful and very funny so i think she is going to be great help

i have been thinking about what i used to eat and have decided that i am going to be honest with myself and write it down

i used to over eat so much i wouldn't be able to sleep because of having tummy pains and i don't want to ever feel like that again
