i had a very busy day i cleaned the house top to bottom made homemade cheese muffins and cleaned my car out really went for it today oh and did loads of washing
i have manged to pull back my 20.5 points from Friday but will have something else before i go to bed
today feels strange to be honest not thought about how many points i have eat have i got enough points left not worried just got on with it so maybe i no its early days but maybe i might just do it this time i hope so
decided to measure myself today
my right arm is 18 in
my left arm is 21in
my right thigh 32 in
my left thigh 32in
my hips 53 and a half in
my belly 40 in
my boobs 44 in
my bmi is 38.84
decided to to do this every 4 weeks and see how it is going

had some lovely answers from the ww boards i posted on 5= board and the ncu board i find then both helpful and very welcoming i posted
had a bad food day yesterday big time went 20.5 points over i was feeling really down and played mind games with myself so i went to the shop and just brought anything and everything i brought a family size bag of crisps biscuits 3 creme eggs crackers and then went into the Chinese and brought crackers springs rolls and prawn toast out of that i eat 3 biscuits the spring rolls 1 creme egg and half the prawn crackers and felt really sick and guilty so i stopped when to bed at 9 i got up the morning knowing the rest of the food was still there and throw it all in the bin so not only did i go off the rails big time i spend nearly 20 pound on cr@p and i didn't even enjoy any of wot i eat expect the creme egg with i could have pointed so my question is how do i pull back 20.5 points i wi on a Wednesday morning i will be really upset if i gain in

make up some zero point soup! or just forget about it and start again today! if u'v been really good all week then you more than likely wont gain!
don't worry Don't worry!! Drink loads of water (at least 3 litres a day!), cut back 4 points a day till Wednesday and you will be fine! We all do it at times!
I did the same on Thursday. I went over by 20 points! At least you have added up the points, so you know what you have done. Cut back a few points each day and you will be fine - it may have done you good, a bit of a metabolism booster. We all do it - don't worry, its just one day of your weight loss journey. Good luck xx

My leader said sometimes its best just to start from scratch, allow yourself all your points and drink plenty of water.
Sometimes cutting back on pts only leads to a binge!I felt like that last wkd!!! We have to learn a new way of dealing with things instead of using food!!!
I imagine 3 girls can be a nitemare at times I remember me and my sister growing up lol I hope yous hava gud wkd tho take care xxx

lost it already
i am so upset with myself had a row with my dd last night finding her really hard to talk to at the min she is 12 i love her loads but not sure how to deal with her at the min. so i was feeling down very down crying and then thought sod it and went to the shop and brought loads and loads of crap i brought a family bag of crisps 3 creme eggs biscuits then went into the Chinese and got prawn toast springs rolls and prawn crackers didn't eat it all but went over 20.5 points yesterday and feel really bad about it i woke up thinking sod it i have blown this week now i may as well carry on eating by the time i got down stairs i changed my mind put it all in the bin and shall start again today have asked on the boards how i can pull back the points to wi i hope i can even to lost 1/2 ill be happy but we will have to see next time i think i am going to do that i am going to post o here and the boards first so people can talk me out of it i hope it works i really want to loss weight i am going to go read some other people blogs for so positive help no point anyone reading mine today it will depress them loll

well i started ww on the 19Th march 2009 i decided to do it for me not my kids or anyone else but me yes it my sound selfish but i never stick to it on before so this time it is all about me me me me loli had my wi this morning i go on a Wednesday as i have no kids with me and can stay to the class i love my leader so down to earth and having lost 8st 10 lbs herself i feel she ca really relatei lost 2lbs which i was a bit gutted about but has made me want to stick to it to do better next week fingers crossedi decided to write this blog so i have write down how i feel and what i have eat if i enjoyed it so if i am finding it hard or need ideas i ca come on here and well and the wonderful ww 5+ broads for ideasso here goes today i have eatbww bakes 1 pointww bar 1.5had it at meetinglsainsbury bbq chicken sandwich 5 points was not very nicesainsburys bar 1sainsburys crisps 1.5dsalad 0turkery 150g 2.5noodles 100g 2.5blue dragon sauce 0.5so far for the day but will eat some more finding it really hard to use all 27 points with out eating rubbish to make up the pointsas i am going food shopping tomorrow i am to plan my meals for the week gonna have 5 points for breakfast 7 points for lunch and 10 for dinner which will leave 5 points for snachs and fruit i am also gonna drink the water this week to and going to go on my treadmill from tonight for 20 mins every night for the week and see how that goes
