well so far so good kids ant driving me mad yet but it is only day two lol i am off the a farm today with the kids with should be good taking a picnic with us so i cant over point not been very good at pointing this week under eat everyday so last night i spoke to a lovely lady on the boards and in email she has lost so much weight its brilliant well anyway we talked about home cooking kindly gave me this advice
Hi There, My typical day now consists of Breakfast - 2 weetabix + ss milk Lunch - Tuna Salad, Sugar Free jelly with some sort of yogurt, sometimes a curly wurly or french fries (or both!)Dinner - Can be anything, Curries, Spag bol, Chili, some sort of chicken with potatoes and loads of veg, sausage casserole etc When i first started nearly a year ago i used to have sandwiches for lunch but for me i find bread doesn't help my weight loss and i find i lose a lot less on weeks where i eat it so i have now cut it out so that i rarely have it. You will notice that i have salad for lunch, i know it's wrong to have the same every day but i love salad, always have so i can easily eat it every day without getting bored, plus it consists of filling foods so it keeps me going all afternoon. I often make 0 point soup and will add that to an evening meal as a starter sometimes as well as using it in desperate times. For me personally i need to have a treat to look forward to in the evenings, usually some sort of chocolate and crisps, maybe not the best advice to give but i think if you cut out your favourites altogether is can lead to a disaster. What works for me might not necessarily work for someone else, personally i would rather have a lower point lunch and have a decent size evening meal with a treat in the evening as i know these are the times i normally struggle. If you let me know what sort of things you like to eat i can email you some recipes, let me know how many you would be cooking for and i can adapt them. I was the laziest cook in the world before ww and although it takes more time and planning you soon get used to it and there is a certain satisfaction in knowing that you have created something yourself. And as i said before, you most definitely save money, i think it's a lot cheaper. Not sure if any of that helps but i will try where i can.
and is kindly emailing me some recipes today with i am looking forward to trying
i also made myself a folder of recipes i looked in all my ww magazines and found all the recipes i want to try and put them in there so it will be easier for when i go shopping and easier to find the recipe when i want it well that is the idea anyway lol
best be off and get ready to go to the farm hope it stays dry
