had some lovely answers from the ww boards i posted on 5= board and the ncu board i find then both helpful and very welcoming i posted
had a bad food day yesterday big time went 20.5 points over i was feeling really down and played mind games with myself so i went to the shop and just brought anything and everything i brought a family size bag of crisps biscuits 3 creme eggs crackers and then went into the Chinese and brought crackers springs rolls and prawn toast out of that i eat 3 biscuits the spring rolls 1 creme egg and half the prawn crackers and felt really sick and guilty so i stopped when to bed at 9 i got up the morning knowing the rest of the food was still there and throw it all in the bin so not only did i go off the rails big time i spend nearly 20 pound on cr@p and i didn't even enjoy any of wot i eat expect the creme egg with i could have pointed so my question is how do i pull back 20.5 points i wi on a Wednesday morning i will be really upset if i gain in

make up some zero point soup! or just forget about it and start again today! if u'v been really good all week then you more than likely wont gain!
don't worry Don't worry!! Drink loads of water (at least 3 litres a day!), cut back 4 points a day till Wednesday and you will be fine! We all do it at times!
I did the same on Thursday. I went over by 20 points! At least you have added up the points, so you know what you have done. Cut back a few points each day and you will be fine - it may have done you good, a bit of a metabolism booster. We all do it - don't worry, its just one day of your weight loss journey. Good luck xx

My leader said sometimes its best just to start from scratch, allow yourself all your points and drink plenty of water.
Sometimes cutting back on pts only leads to a binge!I felt like that last wkd!!! We have to learn a new way of dealing with things instead of using food!!!
I imagine 3 girls can be a nitemare at times I remember me and my sister growing up lol I hope yous hava gud wkd tho take care xxx
i feel much better after being on the boards now than what i did the this morning so i will cut my points down by 4 and hope for the best and what did i learn i learnt to go on the boards and explain how i feel first and then i shouldn't feel i need to blow out like that again well heres hoping lol
